The Means of Production initiative enabled fashion designer Rebecca Earley to further develop her research into sustainable design and fabrication processes within the fashion industry. A collaboration with Dr. Kate Fletcher resulted in Reproduce, Redesign and Reuse, three studio-based research projects addressing different stages in the life-cycle of clothing. Reproduce, Redesign and Reuse considered the impact of fashion design, production and use upon the environment and how both designer and consumer habits and actions could positively affect these issues.
This project is part of the Means of Production Initiative, led by Modus Operandi.
