Modus Operandi worked with Landscape Architects LDA to develop a Public Arts Strategy for Scunthorpe. The area was in need of a stronger Public Art Policy and Modus Operandi suggested a Percent for Art mechanism to encourage the funding of art within capital developments, refurbishment projects, urban design schemes, infrastructure, transport and landscape projects.
